
LeadVantage Consulting offers a set of Manager Assessment tools to individuals, as well as part of our Manager & Executive Coaching service. As a manager, positive and constructive feedback on performance and skills is invaluable, and it is necessary to know where to improve. Our services overcome many of the challenges associated with obtaining feedback. We provide a simple, direct, objective approach to gathering feedback. Our assessment tools include online surveys and interviews, which provides both a broad and detailed feedback. After we gather the assessment data, our coaches create a summary of the feedback and provide that feedback in a constructive, positive manner.
LeadVantage Consulting uses an online assessment tool that evaluates a manager’s core management skills areas. After the online assessments are complete, we analyze the results and send the manager a Manager Skills Assessment Summary. The following options exist for this assessment:
LeadVantage Consulting also conducts manager feedback interviews by phone or in person. The feedback interviews can be completed in addition to the Manager Skills Assessment or independently. After completing the interviews, the LeadVantage Consulting coach will complete a Manager Interview Feedback Summary.
LeadVantage Consulting employs personality and behavioral assessment tools when specific issues have been identified that will help educate and solve the issues facing the manager.
