
The LeadVantage Manager & Executive Coaching is a one-on-one coaching service that provides an objective resource equipped with experience, techniques, and tools to help managers and executives improve. Our approach is direct and practical based on setting goals and developing plans to meet those goals. Most importantly, we are passionate about helping our clients improve.
The initial focus of our coaching is to identify the unique needs for each manager. With most clients, the following areas describe the issues that our coaching addresses:

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions

Coaching Sessions – Regular one-on-one sessions are conducted either in person or on the telephone. | ||

Conduct direct manager checkpoint meetings

Checkpoint Meetings – Regular meetings with the coach and the manager are held to gather feedback, review progress, and discuss future plans. | ||
| Provide on-demand coaching |
On-Demand Coaching – As needed and in addition to the regular coaching sessions, the LeadVantage coach is available for in-person, telephone, or email coaching. On-demand coaching includes sounding board discussions, observation, material review, decision assistance, check-in calls, etc.

4. Implement the Reinforcement Plan | |||
