Todd Gettelfinger, Founder and President of LeadVantage Consulting, is a business improvement fanatic. He loves tackling the issues and opportunities present in companies today. Todd’s experience spans such functional areas as service delivery, sales, information technology, customer service, operations planning, human resources, and finance.
As the son of a hardware store owner, Todd learned at a young age the art of helping a customer quickly identify their problem and teaching them how to fix it. This background reinforces his belief that business improvement and manager development must go hand in hand to provide solid, tangible results for the client.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing and a minor in Economics from Indiana University, Todd spent six years at Bricker & Associates, Inc., a Chicago-based consulting firm focused on process improvement. While at Bricker, Todd quickly progressed through the organization, impressing clients and completing successful projects for many Fortune 1000 clients. Todd then took his adventure out west and became the Vice President of Production at Instill Corporation, a provider of e-business service for the foodservice supply chain. While at Instill, Todd applied years of consulting experience to transition the organization from a team of generalists with ad-hoc processes to staff specialists with repeatable, scalable, processes.
Todd and his wife reside in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, finding reasons to use power tools, golfing, skiing, and rooting for his Indiana Hoosiers.

Eileen Koch, Senior Manager, has been with LeadVantage Consulting since 2001. Eileen has managed large technology implementations, software evaluations, and process improvement projects for a myriad of companies across many different industries. Eileen places a large focus on developing strong working relationships with each client to ensure an understanding of their organization’s problem areas. Once open lines of communication are established, Eileen revels in delivering innovative, long-lasting business solutions.
As a business management coach, Eileen has developed a robust methodology focused on helping managers make positive behavior changes. Eileen derives great satisfaction from helping managers improve their performance.
Prior to joining LeadVantage, Eileen was a Senior Manager for Keane Consulting Group (KCG), formerly Bricker & Associates, Inc. Prior to joining KCG, Eileen worked as a business improvement manager with Waste Management, a $9 billion waste and environmental services company. Eileen’s work at Waste Management included working with several external consultants. She continually leverages that experience as a consultant because she knows what it’s like to sit in the client’s seat.
Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Journalism from the University of Iowa. Thankfully, time management, clear focus, and tremendous patience are three of Eileen’s greatest strengths, as she's able to be a successful project manager, business management coach, and mom of three young children.
