• Create process documentation (i.e., process flows and procedures) and test for accuracy

• Finalize process metrics to measure ongoing operational performance
• Develop rollout support strategies to support new processing environment

Create the Process Transition Plan

• Develop a detailed plan to enable the organization to transition from the current to the future state while minimizing the disruption to the organization
• Create rollout materials, including communication materials, training, and post-transition support approach

Roll Out the Ideal Process

• Transition to the new processes using a robust communication, process documentation, training, and post-transition support approach
• Launch performance measure reporting and management processes
