Project Checkup
The Project Checkup provides clients with a quick, yet effective, pulse of the project, or group of projects in an organization. At LeadVantage Consulting, we find ways for projects to continue and succeed even when many involved think the project is going to fail. We believe in changing something with the project if it’s not working, but the key is knowing what to fix. We provide an outside, objective, and experienced viewpoint that helps to identify the root cause of issues quickly and recommend practical solutions. This service is specifically useful when you suspect a project no longer supports the objectives of the business or when a project is in crisis and there is a need for a quick diagnosis to get it back on track.

Review Current State of the Project
