Training Development and Delivery
An organization’s investment in training, especially when rolling out new processes and technology, is often an undervalued and underestimated effort that doesn’t achieve its objectives. Our experience has shown and our methodology is rooted in the belief that for people to truly understand and learn how to operate in a new environment, a good training program must:
- Clearly identify the training strategy objectives and build the business case for training so it aligns with the organization and project’s overall strategy and drives buy-in and participation
- Present training that is specific to the client's needs and includes process, technology and skill development training
- Be appropriate for the audience being trained and their specific learning styles
- Integrate creativity in the development and delivery of the training to engage the audience during the learning process
- Present an environment with multiple training channels that match different learning styles, including but not limited to, classroom, e-learning, and blended solutions
- Enable the evaluation of the training development and delivery process to continually identify opportunities for improvement
